Dan has been coaching CrossFit and has been a certified personal trainer for the last five years. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and will be graduating in May of 2019. Dan interned at Boston College in 2016 as a Strength and Conditioning coach where he assisted in training the men's and women's hockey team to the Frozen Four. He also assisted in training the soccer teams, basketball teams and the women's field hockey team. In addition to full time clinicals, he is currently the Health Wellness Interim Coordinator in Western Mass for the Massachusetts Police Training Academy and is also working as a Nutritionist. Dan has experience of working with all different populations and fitness levels. From youth athletes, to Division 1 athletes, to adults looking for a healthier lifestyle, Dan enjoys helping all people reach their goals.
Dan received all league honors in high school playing football, basketball and track in field. He found weightlifting and CrossFit in college and has not looked back since. His passion for helping others is the reason he decided to become a coach and physical therapist.
